The standard of internal fixtures and fittings is exceptional, with LCD TV in either the bathroom or main ensuite and kitchen appliances Rangemaster, Bosch or Siemens.
We also offer the early purchaser an opportunity to select from a choice of kitchen units, bathroom tiles, wardrobes and decoration (carpet/wall colours).
