J Melrose homes are a family-run home building company, based in Amber Valley, Derbyshire.
We have been building one-off homes around Derbyshire for the past 3 decades, and with over 50 years experience in the building sector, we are now focussing on multi-build sites, whilst retaining the attention to detail and craftsmanship rarely found with larger developers.
Our company ethos is quality workmanship, which runs from management to site staff. We use the best workmen, and the Managing Director personally signs off each house as complete – which ensures you get a standard of finish that exceeds your expectations, and minimises the post-moving hassle you get with other building companies.
